Forrestville - South Hedland
On a site next to the South Hedland Town Centre, Auzcorp is developing Forrestville, a new quality residential area with a range of housing styles and sizes designed for the Pilbara climate and lifestyle. The plan is to develop the project in five consecutive stages from 2012-20 to provide approximately 400 new permanent dwellings, plus a range of community features and services.

Baynton West Housing Development – Karratha
In the rapidly expanding Baynton West residential area of Karratha, Auzcorp is to build 245 dwellings comprising quality apartments and town houses. This is a planned community in a prime location in Karratha with an outlook to the Burrup Peninsula and Nickol Bay. Approval has been received for the subdivision of the site to facilitate its stage development. Auzcorp has appointed a builder for the first stage of 15 two-storey town houses being constructed in 2012. These will immediately be followed by a further 54 dwellings due to be constructed in 2012-13. These first two stage will deliver high quality housing comprising a combination of four bedroom townhouses, and one and two bedroom units.
